We were impressed by the knowledge, information & options we received from Jeff during the initial appointment for an estimate. We were very pleased by his understanding of our needs, the accommodation to our closing schedule & the short timeframe between pickup & delivery. We felt comfortable that our move was being handled professionally. We were especially pleased with Tim’s abilities to manage our move so smoothly. He & his helpers played a big part of our life, if only for a few days & we are thankful for the understanding, kindness & efforts. The entire process was well planned, organized & efficient. Throughout this stressful time for us, Tim was exceptionally prepared & kept us in the loop & up to date. We felt assured that everything was being done to serve us. The Packers, Loaders & Unloaders were all experienced professionals & very pleasant. Behrens Moving does an excellent job moving possessions & excels in their communications!
